Abstract Fordite dial for NH movement

This beautiful fordite dial is ready to be installed on an NH movement. The colors featured are mostly black and white, with silver and grey also, there appears to be layers of blue and red in it too. It has a brass back with feet at 3 and 4 o’clock. It is 28.5mm in diameter and 0.4mm thick with a 2mm center hole. Fordite or Detroit Agate is indutrial waste from the paint area from a car factory, when the sprayers miss the car the paint lands on equipment after some time many layers build up and someone has to dispose of the preciouse material we love so much. Instead of throwing it away it gets made into gems, knife handles, shift knobs and in my case watch dials. the final thickness of the fordite for my dials is typically 0.2 mm, it is extremely difficult and time consuming to achieve this evenly and get a high luster polish too. *Made in Colorado USA.*
