This is a one of one automatic watch with a stunning fordite dial. The style is very fordite forward, 28 mm of gorgeous fordite, the only “obstruction” to the view is the hand set! Solid red and metallic blue from the Jeep Gladiator color pallet swirl and undulate back and forth. The incredible level of polish leaves a slight texture to the pattern that plays with light as well as the sparkle of the metallic blue paint.
The case is made from polished 316L stainless steel, it features a three o’clock crown position and a flat clear AR coated sapphire crystal. Diameter is 42.5 mm, lug to lug is 46 mm, lug width is 22 mm. The rotating bezel has a matching coin edge texture with the crown. The bezel insert has a brushed finish and even numbers to reduce visible clutter. The chapter ring has a polished finish and lumed hour and minute scale to help with low light legibility. An exhibition case back shows the branded rotor. The watch comes with the red leather strap installed and a matching stainless steel bracelet as well.
RvB is powered by a regulated NH38 automatic winding movement. Wearing the watch on a daily basis will keep it running. Alternatively it can be manually wound using the screw down crown. The NH38 has a 41 hour power reserve, contains 24 jewels and runs at 21,600 bph.
The watch will come in a branded leather box and a natural wood display stand, as well as a one year warranty on parts and craftsmanship.
